1.Acceptance of these terms

By accessing or using this website, or by using our concierge service, you agree to be bound by these terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, and able to enter into a binding contract.

2.What this service is — and is not

We operate a comparison service. We help you find out which internet, television and utility providers serve a given address, and we can help you place an order with one of them.

We are not a provider of internet, television, telephone or utility service. We do not own or operate any network. We are not a party to the contract you enter into with a provider, and we have no ability to install, repair, restore, bill for or cancel their service. Any dispute about the service you receive is between you and that provider.

3.Accuracy of information

Coverage, speed and availability information on this site is derived largely from data providers file with the Federal Communications Commission, together with information supplied by the providers themselves. It is provided for comparison purposes.

Providers self-report this data, advertised speeds are maximums rather than guarantees, and availability can differ from one address to the next even on the same street. Pricing shown anywhere on this site is indicative and subject to change by the provider without notice. Always confirm current terms, price and availability with the provider before you order.

We make reasonable efforts to keep information current, but we do not warrant that it is accurate, complete or up to date.

4.How we are compensated

Using this site is free. When you order a service through us, the provider may pay us a commission. This does not change the price you pay, and it does not determine the order in which results are displayed — results are ordered by what serves the address you searched and the speeds available there. Where we have a commercial relationship with a provider, the listing is labelled.

Not every provider listed compensates us, and we list providers that do not.

5.Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the site for any unlawful purpose, or in breach of these terms.
• Scrape, harvest or systematically extract data from the site by automated means without our written permission.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site, its servers or connected systems.
• Interfere with the operation of the site, including by introducing malicious code or placing unreasonable load on it.
• Submit information that is false, or that belongs to someone else without their permission.
• Reproduce or republish substantial portions of the site content for commercial purposes.

6.Intellectual property

The site design, text, graphics, logos and the selection and arrangement of content are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property law. You may view and print pages for your own personal, non-commercial use.

Provider names, logos and trademarks are the property of their respective owners. Their appearance on this site indicates that we compare or list that provider; it does not imply that they endorse us.

Underlying coverage data sourced from the FCC National Broadband Map is a work of the United States Government and is in the public domain.

7.Third-party sites

The site contains links to websites we do not control. We provide them for convenience and are not responsible for their content, products, or practices. Following such a link is at your own risk and subject to that site's own terms.

8.Disclaimer of warranties

The site and the concierge service are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, secure or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that any information obtained through it will be accurate or reliable. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

9.Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of the site or any service you obtain from a provider.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the site or the concierge service will not exceed one hundred US dollars ($100).

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

10.Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claim, loss, liability or expense, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your misuse of the site, your breach of these terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

11.Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State named in the contact details at the end of this page, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You and we agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located there, except where applicable law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.

Before starting formal proceedings, we ask that you contact us so we can try to resolve the matter informally. Most complaints are settled quickly this way.

12.Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the site at any time, without notice, if we reasonably believe you have breached these terms. The sections concerning intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification and governing law survive termination.

13.Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page shows when they were last changed, and continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the revised terms. If a change is material, we will give notice on the site before it takes effect.
