2.The kind of people we look for

Two things matter more than a résumé here. The first is a genuine dislike of the way this industry treats people — the promotional pricing that quietly doubles, the fees that appear after you sign, the comparison sites that list plans nobody can order. The second is the patience to get details right, because being accurate about coverage is the entire product.

Roles we periodically hire for include concierge advisors who talk to customers, writers and editors who work on the guides, and engineers who work on the data pipeline and the site itself.
