1.What we actually do

We use the address or ZIP code you search to show you which providers serve it. If you ask us to help place an order, we pass what that provider needs to fulfil it — with your knowledge, because that is the thing you asked us to do.

We do not sell contact details to data brokers, lead aggregators, or marketers. We do not cold-call people who have not contacted us. Our revenue comes from commissions paid by providers when someone orders through us, not from selling data.

2.Why this page exists anyway

California and several other states define "sale" and "sharing" broadly enough that some ordinary analytics and advertising technology can fall within them, even where no money changes hands. Rather than argue about definitions, we give you a straightforward way to opt out.

3.How to opt out

You have three options, and any one of them is enough.

• Send us an opt-out request through our contact form, choosing the privacy topic, or email us at the address below with the subject "Do Not Sell or Share".
• Turn on Global Privacy Control in your browser or as an extension. Where we are required to honour it, we treat that signal as a valid opt-out for that browser automatically, with no request needed.
• Call our concierge team and tell them. They will log the request for you.

We do not require you to create an account to opt out, and we will not treat you differently for doing so. An authorised agent may submit a request on your behalf with your written permission.

4.What happens next

We will confirm receipt and process the request within the period the applicable law allows. We may need to verify your identity first — usually by confirming details you have already given us — but we will not ask for more information than is necessary to do so.
